These are the old Tony Sheridan recordings from 1962, of course..

This is an early issue of the Best of the Beach Boys , likely 1972.. they'd gotten rid of the paper labels (Capitol were one of the first to go in that direction) and they'd gotten rid of the foldover flap on the  liner sleeve, that used to list other artists.
